im doing this project for school and can anyone tell me a short story about her? I know she was almost raped and if not, can you tell me about another saint you might like and tell me an interesting story about them?

NO, she was almost raped as a child by a guy and she beat him with a pole and said that she'd rather die than to ever be touched by him and she didnt die, though, for our faith teacher read us a book about asints and there was a passage about her and she almost was.

Saint Therese, the Little Flower, was not almost raped. She entered a convent while still a teenager and died of tuberculosis at 24.
You might be thinking of Saint Maria Goretti who was killed for not submitting to a rapist.
