I was helping my dog put medicen on his ear cause there was alot of flies that bite him. While I was putting the medicine on him the fly bit my leg and I could felt it bite me. Would some affection happen?

If it was a love bug, you can have an affection for the first guy you see.
As to an infection, highly unlikely.

Just dab some alcohol on the bite...you'll be fine. Also, they make citronella spray for dogs that is non-toxic that keeps the flys away.
