Dear Friend,

Yes, I most certainly do believe in a Holy almighty God of the universe.

God is the personal Creator worthy of human worship because of His holy nature and His perfect love revealed in creating the universe, electing and redeeming His people, and providing eternal salvation through Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son.

God is not a boy or girl as you put it. God is however, masculine. All throughout the Bible you read HE...not he/she. Only humans... are created in His image, which means beyond our flesh and blood (unlike God) we possess a "spirtual" side.

And now for the why? When I got sick and tired of the JUNK this world was slingling me and the abuse I encountered as a child... by the time I was 14 I NEEDED HELP! I needed a BEST friend who would NEVER leave me, and NEVER be too busy for me. My grandma told me it was Jesus Christ.

Well, I asked Jesus INTO my life to be my Lord and Savior. And after MANY years since then, and the wonderful PERSONAL relationship I have with my Lord Jesus.. there is NO..turning back. He is REAL and reveals Himself to me...time after time. He is my spiritual Husband and live for... Him. Everyday is an "adventure" with my Lord. Every day, He takes me to new and exciting levels of spiritual growth. Thank you blessed Redeemer!

In His service,

lostnsavd...

God is real.
The Bible does not seek to prove the existence of God. The fact that there is a God is assumed throughout the Scriptures. Before anything came into being, He was “In the beginning God.” The first verse of the Bible begins with the assumption of His pre-existence. "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." God's existence is presented as a statement of fact that needs no proof. The man who says that there is no God is called a fool in Psalm 14:1. We also need to connect this verse with John 1:1-5 which clearly states that Jesus was also there at the beginning of creation with God, therefore validating His eternal Sonship. The Holy Spirit also took part in creation. “The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2. The triune God created the heaven and the earth.

However, even apart from the Bible, there are certain evidences for the existence of God.
Consider the following:
Mankind has always believed in a universal being.
Creation must have a creator. The universe could not originate without a cause.
The wonderful design, which we see in creation, demands an infinite designer.
Because good and evil exist throughout the world, we must assume there is a moral law that divides good and evil. Since there is a moral law, there must be a lawgiver.
Since man is an intelligent, moral being, his creator must have been of a much higher order in order to create him.

I know God is real. I began to see it in Jr. High when I got into Chemistry. All those elements, I realized, were NOT just arbitrarily "numbered" by some human to keep track of them!! "NO WAY!" was my reaction. This was too much. To have a list of known elements, no missing gaps, numbered perfectly 1 to over 100 and that number also means that the same element in its most stable state, & not messed with by us or the Earth, has that exact number of protons and usually electrons! I will not go further into this but there are a few exceptions and weird rules that go with chemistry. But it is that idea that opened my eyes to start looking for more proof. It is EVERYWHERE!!! Really. Look at the way we are made, the way plants are made. We cannot have evolved without having been in "transitional stages" or part-way, half-way, most of the way there, etc and there has NEVER been even a little tiny eensy weensy bit of proof. Nothing.

I've experienced God's presence personally. That is why I know God exists. God does not have a gender...God is without form. In our human limitation, we give God form so we have an easier time to connect or relate with God. There is only one God...who wears many masks...many names from the same One.

I believe in God because I find it hard to believe that the world and all the things in it could just happen out of coincidence. I also think God is more of a male figure...but maybe not male as a human is.....I think this because the Bible usually favors men.

The Islamic definition of God/Allah is that he is different from creation. He doesn't have a gender nor is there anything equal, like or similar to him.

There is a dictum, "Whatever occurs to you mind about God/Allah, he is completely different than that."

God is one, this is the prevailing belief of the Prophets that God is one, this is in tune to noahide laws of the Jews and the early Christan belief.

ASH-HADU ANLA ELAHA ILLA-ALLAH WA ASH-HADU ANNA MOHAMMADAN RASUL-ALLAH
"I bear witness that there is no deity other than Allah(SWT)
and that Muhammad(PBUH) is his servant and Messenger."
Praise be to Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala, the Creator of the heavens and the earth
I believe in the religion of Islam. I believe in Allah and peace.

I believe in Allah/God and the true, unchanged word of the Holy Quran. God has no gender, God is not like the rest of creation. There is only ONE God, the same God for Islam, Christianity, Judaism and the entire universe. Associating parnters or equals with God is the gravest of all sins.

Yes. But why isn't this question: "For those who don't Believe in God" It seems like Theists are becoming increasingly attacked by the smaller atheist crowd.

I think God exists. My evidence of this is subjective personal experience. I don't think God has a gender. I consider it likely that there is a God/Goddess duality.
