I'm a construction worker and I've been getting a lot of fiberglass in my hands and arms. What is the best way to remove them? Can I use static or something in the shower? Thanks a lot!

You mean you have raw fiberglass in your skin? Like from handling insulation, maybe? Try soaking your arms in warm water for a few minutes. That will open the pores. Then rinse and dry, and see if that helps. Tomorrow, I'd wear 2 layers of clothes, and heavy gloves.
