If you used a report that you purchased from the CRA, then they have 30 days to investigate plus 5 days to mail their response.
If you used the free FACTA report to dispute from then they have 45 days to investigate and 5 days to mail their response.

If you used either the paid or report or the free report and contacted them for "any" reason, they could and would claim that you have provided additional info and claim the right to an extra 15 days.

If you used the paid report and it has been longer than 35 days or if you used the free report and it has been longer than 50 days, and you had not contacted them for any reason during that period, you might send them a letter by certified mail and demand deletion of the item you disputed since they failed to conclude their investigation and to notify you of the results within the time allowed by the FCRA.

They should send you an updated version of your credit report once the investigation is complete.

If you can locate a phone number you may be able to give them a call to check on the status of a dispute.
