Cure your addiction of eating too much Chinese food or the amount of money you are spending on eating at that Chinese restaurant?
Eating out all the time isn't very healthy I'll say, how about try to limit yourself from eating out to 1-2 times a week. In between try cooking at home if you have time. If weight isn't a problem then continue on eating what you enjoy, unless it starts to affect your wallet then you should consider eating at home more often.

I don't see the problem here. Aside from the MSG, chinese isn't that bad for your health. Most western food is more imbalanced then Chinese dishes.
Also, you'll get tired of chinese food eventually, food isn't actually physically addicting (except for Fugu). Granted you may want to cut back to eating there to once a day to vary your diet a bit, but Chinese food in general is healthier then most American's diets.

Breaking an addiction is hard, but i has to be done. Im a hypocrite, i admit it, i can't break my addictions :P. Anyway, try to have food ready to make instead of going to the chinese resturaunt, and if you can't do that, maybe even ask the people there not to let you eat there :P
You could also order low fat or good-for-you foods there, then I guess it isnt...that bad. you can still indulge every once and awhile but when they start to become familiarized with you, you know its time to stop. :P

just think of how fat you're going to get...that might do something. Depending on what you are ordering Chinese food can be very bad for you especially if eating like twice a day! :) good luck

Take it easy on the Chinese food. If you're in the U.S., the food that's served is faux-Chinese and often fattening.

you're yearning it because of the fact you will the "all you could consume" (mock-chinese language) eating places. those variety of buffets use MSG to confirm, and that's the reason you're yearning it alot. attempt to pass to actual chinese language eating places that the place the only variety of "buffet" is precisely Dim Sum. those are the actual spots that serve "actual" chinese language delicacies.

Somethings are best left uncured.
Also, Panda Express is our friend.
