32 teeth-that includes wisdom teeth. Not everyone has wisdom teeth, some have all 4 or some have 1, 2 or 3. If your jaw aches it could be wisdom teeth trying to come in, or it could be from grinding your teeth. Most dentists will do a consultation for free.

you will know if it is or not. If it is growing in comfortably you'll be fine. Some people's mouths are big enough to accept the extra teeth and they live the rest of their days with four more teeth than most other people( my mother is the only example of this I know of) Some people never get them or don't have a top or bottom set. The greatest majority of scenarios include a person having four wisdom teeth, their mouths aren't big enough to comfortably accept them ( you will know if this is the case because they will break through the gums and grow in to a point where they will poke the gums and eventually cause pain as they poke into the flesh of the mouth repeatedly as you move your jaw.) At this point, most people have them cut out by an oral surgeon. there is usually a two to three day healing period accompanied by a regular administration of pain killers, on the other hand my recovery was much quicker and I was cheering at mypowderpuff game the next day

32 including wisdom teeth and not everyone's wisdom teeth come it - most people get them pulled if they do try and grow in - I only had 3 myself and got them pulled age 21 - they usually come in between ages 18 & 24, if they are going to come in at all - it's possible yours could be growing in impacted and pushing teeth out of align - causing pain - mine came in like that, although I didn't have any pain - I saw the xrays and my teeth were getting pushed forward - one wisdom tooth was coming almost sideways - small mouth - no room for normal vertical growth

No not everyone gets Wisdom teeth. They can appear in your 20's. I never got wisdom teeth, in fact I never got my back molars on one side of my mouth either. I want my money back from the faries.
