I am on weight watchers..and I average 2.5 lbs a week loss..is that good? or bad?
I have only lost 10 lbs total...do you think I could lose 50 lbs in 6 months doing the same exact thing?

depends on how much you weigh, if you weigh a whole bunch both are bad, but getting all that weight off, gets the strain off of your body. good luck doll

thats great! losing 2 pounds a week is perfectly normal and safe. You definately can lose 50 pounds in 6 months. Keep up the good work, You go girl!!!!!

You very well can lose the weight. But, there will be weeks when the weight won't come off. It will be frustrating and you may even want to quit, but keep going. You can do it. You may need to change it up a bit to keep the weight dropping, but you can do it!

They say about 2 pounds a week is good, so you're not that far off. Just make sure to exercise and do strength training, so you're not losing muscle mass along with fat. Otherwise you'll put it all back on again.

I heard it's good that's what my goal is now I wanna lose 40 lbs so I can lose that in 4 months or 5 :)

You need to get enough proteins, vitamins, minerals in your diet. And some fat and carbohydrats there must be. If this is provided, I think it is all right.
