My brother and I will be watching TV in the living room, two innocent babes. My dad is a room away in the dining room looking at skin. Sometimes he forgets to turn off the speaker and we're treated to loud, fake moans for about ten seconds until he figures out how to turn it off in his panic.
Funnily enough he seems to think we don't know what he's doing.
I've got no problem with porn, I just don't want to walk past the dining room to see my dad hastily pulling up his pants ever again.
Sensitive topic! What would you do? Note: my dad (both my parents, actually) always avoided any sexual topics at all costs. I learned at a young age never to mention anything sexual. And yet they wave it in my face!!!!!

I suggest talking with your Mom about it. It really isn't appropriate to be watching it in an area where you can see or hear it and or see and hear him masturbating.
I'd just tell her that you heard him watching it and could hear all this moaning and stuff. That ought to be enough.
If it isn't, then next time you hear it, see it or see your Dad say something like "Oh my Gosh Dad is that porn?" or "Oh my Gosh why do you have your pants down? Gross!" Maybe embarrassing him a little will do the trick or letting him know that you know what is going on.

That's so gross! Well, if you don't feel like your dad is doing it as a way of sexually abusing you (i.e., exposing himself to you "accidentally") then just stay far, far away from him as possible.
I would also break his tv in the dining room.
I would also tell your mom what he is doing and that you have "caught" him and that you find it disturbing.
If you feel he is using this as a form of sexual abuse toward you - then talk to your school counselor about it.
What your dad is doing is completely inappropriate. Sure, dad's do this kind of stuff - but the "good" dads do this in COMPLETE 100% privacy with NO CHANCE of being caught with their pants down - especially by their children.
I seriously think he has a problem if he is in a "public" room in the house (i.e., the dining room and not his bedroom) doing this kind of stuff. My honest opinion is that if I were you I would talk to the school counselor about it because it is dead wrong of him to do that kind of stuff with the kids at home in a "public" room.

What your dad is doing is a form of abuse. You and your brother should not have to live in a home where this goes on. You need to talk to a counselor at school and ask for help.

i seriously don't know what you should do!!i have the same problem too!!my dad watches porn movies every night and i have found many porn mags and DVDs from playboy!!he doesn't know that i know he watches porn!!i can't help you sorry!!i look for answers too!!

tell them about what they are doing is something sensitive to see and hear and ask them politely to do it in 'the absence' of u and your brother.
