I really haven't found religious people to be more or less logival than atheists. Religious people are just more likely to begin with a faulty set of assumptions, so even the best logic will result in flawed conclusions.
Doctor - after having read an inordinate amount of books, articles and essays on the subject, I simply cannot logically justify taking the time to read another, as they have all been horribly flawed and ridiculously easy to debunk.

I am a Christian, and I think that people from both groups, Christian and non-Christian, have used illogical statements before. For Christians, we must understand that God in His own nature is orderly and logical. Yet, people from both sides toss logic away and end up doing more harm than good. I think we should all try to use logic and reason when we think.

No, as surprising as it may seem, christians are not the most illogically thinking people. That honor would go to anyone who follows the fellow known as Lou Farrakhan.

Although I do not agree with your statement about thinking illogically I must say that you're not the only one who thinks like that.

It's just you. When you disagree with a point of view and are closed minded and judgmental then naturally you would perceive any different view point illogical.

Scientologists seem far more illogical, but then again, can delusional thinking actually be rated on a scale?

When you embrace logic as the supreme answer, you deny the emotion that drove you to do this in the first place, as well as you put away your heart.
Without your heart, you are nothing more than an animal.
