South Korea now has ~43 F16s from GD(General Dynamics) and ~7 from kits bought from the US Airforce in compliance with newly formed treatys between the USA and South korea. I really wouldnt know how many North has, but you may want to look in GD's website.

Including all variants, South Korea has about 171 F-16s.
North Korea gets none, as they get their surplus from China and the Soviet Union (when it existed).
