The gum around my teeth constantly bleeds each time i brush up even though i do brush twice in a day with some mouth wash afterwards to clean up

YOU'RE PROBABLY BRUSHING TOO HARD OR USING A BRUSH THAT'S TOO HARD OR BOTH.
TRY BEING GENTLE AND SWISHING WITH LISTERINE EACH TIME YOU BRUSH.

Bleeding gums means infection caused by the tartar underneath the gums. You need a cleaning.

Wow, looks like you don't have very high standards when it comes to dental care, the health of your internal organs, or the air quality around you. Sure you quit smoking, but they have the saying "too little, too late" for a reason. Maybe you should stop showering so that your outside matches the inside...
