Males - Slacks and a button down shirt with no tie; or a collard polo shirt. Tucked in.

Females - Slacks/Skirt and blouse.

No Jeans. No Sneakers. Look presentable, but you don't need to "Dress Up"

each and each and every organization is diverse...I say flow in in somewhat more suitable than agency casual and see what all of us else is wearing, then tone it all the way down to what others are wearing. At my workplace, agency casual is issues which includes dockers and collared shirts or wonderful yet no longer frilly blouses. So slacks, skirts on the knees, no opened toed footwear...you get the concept.

Dress smart but not 'ultra smart'

e.g. A man in a suit with shirt and tie - (Ultra smart)

A man in smart jacket and trousers smart shirt open neck or wearing a smart sweater (Business Casual)

In both cases wear reasonable shoes, not trainers.
