is it a type of coffee, creme, milk, a process with an espresso maker? how do u get the milk to rise like that? any info would be helpful. thank you for your time

I used to work in a coffee shop and experimented on making 'coffee art' one day. You can make these designs in lattes. A latte is composed of 1 part espresso and two parts steamed milk. You steam the milk with really high pressure heat [this makes foam on top of the milk]. You can't use cream in both latte and cappuccino because if you steam cream, it will curdle.

I think that if you love the bean enough you can find the proper course to take that can teach you the fine art of coffee..I have an espresso maker and wouldnt trade it for anything...the best way to create the lather that you are looking for would be to whip the cream with a blender ...good luck and your invited to coffee here anytime

looks like they use a heavy cream and pour it in the middle and it's so heavy, it just sits there. and they probably use a paintbrush of some sort to make the designs.
