... This is what my hair currently looks like
I want to put either red or hot pink in my hair. but i dont know exactly what i should do
...I could either get highlights throughout
... Or I could color the tips of my hair (Only color like an inch at the bottom)
which style should i get and in what color (red or pink)?

I think that you'd look really cute with the tips done in hot pink. Red would look great, too, but because the brown is such a rich color the pink would be the prettiest.
Maybe a little streak in your bangs, also.

I really think hot pink is for you. a couple of chunks in your bangs and some highlights through the rest.

i think that you should get pink. red would look good, but i think that pink would look better. you should get highlights. that is what most people look best with.
