when i open up a torrent file it goes to Utorrent but when i start it it doesnt download and there is a red bar at the bottom of the screen? can someone help me please!!?

This is because there is no one sharing the files on that torrent. Your best bet would be to get another torrent that has more seeds. It's either that or the seeders cannot connect to you because of something blocking them.

precise click on it from utorrent, and decide "tension initiate". if that doesn't artwork, there won't be seeders (the quantity of copies obtainable) for that torrent. attempt a diverse one, from a diverse website. additionally, google "port forwarding" for quicker downloads.
