According to this site http://thewizardofoz.info/faq11.html#6 the following actors and various other children who were in the movie are still alive. imdb.com doesn't list any death dates under their bios so I am assuming they are still alive. You can check the Wizard of Oz page on imdb.com and click on each actor's name to verify...

I live in Western North Carolina and they used to have hot air balloon rides from Tweetsie Railroad to The Land of Oz in Beech Mountain. They have reunions in October. A few years ago, some of the original players in the movie made an appearance. I am thinking it was for the 50th anniversary.

i know one of the little people is still living here in georgia...he recently got a star on the hollywood walk of fame...not sure about others though...
