I have a Hong Kong PS3 and wanted to know if anybody knew if a NTSC to PAL converter will allow me to play PS2 (PAL) games and PAL Blu ray DVDs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No solution exists for this problem. I have US PS3 in Europe, but can't play PAL games and movies at all.

I know of no converters other than software. The two format are incompatible and use use different resolutions and frequncies. Even using a software converter will require you have a HD DVD burner and beaucoup space on your hard drive as you'll need to rip the movie and run it through the converter. The best solution is get a PAL box.
