Well, first of all I doubt very much God picks up the phone and calls Dubya. That's actually Dick Cheney on the intercom.

And I would imagine VP Cheney does this by just talking slowly and in a monosyllabic fashion. :)

God speaks slowly and uses small words... just like the rest of us have to do when speaking to Bush. Ideally he communicates monosyllabically but unfortunately not all sentences can resemble "the cat ran from the dog".

Not that ALL of "us" speak to Bush, but those that do... well... I wouldn't be surprised if, at their disposal, there's a special "pop up book" factory that quickly produces simple explanations for everything he needs to know.
