i was walking today my friend came up and hit me in my nuts very hard it hurt bad be cause i had on very silky wind pants should i hit my friend in the nuts to show him the pain or what?

As you did not respond immediately any physical response at this time would be ignorant. His striking you, whether a friend or not, is an assault and if you struck him you would be guilty of a crime.
Biblically speaking, at this point you should turn the other cheek.
Literally, I would hesitate to call this person a friend, until he apologizes. If he is a male, and has lived any significant period of time, he knows being struck in the testicles is painful.

Icertainly wouldnt call somebody who did that to me a FRIEND. I would keep well clear of him...
