Dear Friend,
The word "Blasphemy" in the Greek word which means literally to "speak harm." In the biblical context, blasphemy is an "attitude" of "disrespect" which is an expression demonstrated "against" the character of God.

Blasphemy is the sin of calling what is God's not His. So, saying God did not say what He has said, or saying God said what He did not is considered blasphemy.
Coincidentally this is why the Sanhedrin rejected Christ. They didn't believe God would reveal Himself as He did, but wanted Him to conform to their views, so while blaspheming themselves, they called Jesus Christ the blasphemer.

the Holy Spirit is not seen and he is very Holy
and no body know how he is very Good
so if we don't know about him, when we said any thing bad toward him its blasphemy.

They do blaspheme who say: "(Allah) is Christ the son of Mary." But said Christ: "O Children of Israel! worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Whoever joins other gods with Allah,- Allah will forbid him the garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help.
They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity: for there is no god except One Allah. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them.
