One sometime has to quiet the mind, in order to tune in to your inner self, or outside yourself. Ones spiritual senses tune in better when thing are quiet, including your own mind. To connect with God in a crisis, you sometimes have to quiet your mind, and connect with your heart, which can be ones intuitive center, although some people follow gut feelings, rather than their heart. Meditation is an effective tool to connect with ones heart. You do have to do a lot of thinking also in this world. So one needs balance, and timing as to the time to think, and the time to feel.

Yes. I often say stuff on here that when I go back and read it a day or two later I think to myself, "What was I thinking. That was a horrible way to say what I meant." And sometimes I forget that a lot of the anti's on here are anti just to get a rise out of us.
