the lesser of two evils, when compared with Hamas? Is Fatah genuine in wanting dialogue with Israel? Are they tough enough to pull Islamic Jihad and Hamas into line and stop the terrorism? Do you think that Israel and Fatah can work together and get somewhere?

No. The lesser of two evils is, in fact, Hamas.
Why? Their blunt honesty, that's why. Hamas honestly say that they want Jews gone, and will do everything in their power to make that dream come true.

Fatah - want the same exact thing, but are willing to shake hands with enemy, and sign all kinds of agreements (they won't keep a single one) to get where they are going.

Hamas is someone coming at you with a knife, telling you that he is going to kill you, while you still have time to prepare your defense

Fatah is someone who comes to you with a smile and promises of genuine friendship, while holding a knife, ready to slice you as soon as they get close enough.
What is bad about Fatah, is that there is a big part of you that wants to believe Fatah. Know, it will be fatal if you do.

you decide, which one of them you like best.

I don't believe you can generalise. Some amongst Fatah certainly do wish for peace with Israel, others, clearly do not. However, to recognise the State of Israel, and be a member of Hamas is a contradiction, as the central philosophy of Hamas is the non-recognition, plus the destruction of 'the Zionist State'.
The moderates within Fatah are certainly not powerful enough to overcome the evil inherent within the Hamas philosophy. However, I'm not sure that it matters. Once Hamas has been destroyed, (which is a certainty), the moderates within Fatah will be able to insist upon moderation within their own Party

I think Hamas will let Fatah gain concessions through illegal negotiations, then Hamas will take over Fatah.
Could this have been planned and staged in advance? Yes.

Ultra how many more generations are you counting on?

Evil is evil and people must realize that all of these islamofascist terrorist groups are all part of the world wide islamic war against the civilized world. When Fatah and Hamas fight it's just 2 brothers practicing for what they want to do later on to the rest of the world. Wake up and smell the jihad...

Fatah is the lesser of two evils. At least Fatah you can talk with them. Hamas is like talking to a wall. They have no moral courage to take a chance at peace and would rather stick to their methods of being bullies.

Good Luck!!!

Israel pulls string in Fatah to divide the party and make inner conflict in their own ranks.

You may be refering to Fatah gunmen they are despite their name not really that much affilated with Fatah in name only, loosely they are associated with the party.

More of an autominous offshoot...

Just because they are Palestinians, the Israelis will never call them peaceful. Fatah are trying to do their best to satisfy both sides. They can't go with the Israelis against the Palestinians and they can't go with the Palestinians totally against the Israelis. I believe that Fatah can have peaceful arguments with the Israelis. I trust them, at least much much more than I trust Hamas. From my experience here on this section, I notice that whenever a person disagrees with a Jew, he/she is automatically called unpeaceful, terrorist and ignorant. Three days ago, I said that I like Hizbollah and I got more than one insult and you yourself told me that no Jew would want to be my friend for loving Hizbollah. So I think it is really hard to deal with the Israelis since they tend to insult people immadietly once they disagree with them. G-d be with Fatah in their arguments with them.

Peace

Fatah is the only political party in the holy land that has a peaceful resolution to the Israeli/ Palestinian conflict. One constitutional democratic state for all.

All talks with isreal are doomed to fail. It doesn't matter who it is talking with them. I'm not being a doomsayer, If you look at the bible, and the prophicies it contains, Eventually, isreal will be under seige. Russia, and all the middle east countries will come down and attempt to invade isreal, and god himself will have to intervien to save them. It's a war that's been going on for several thousand years, and it wont end, until the world is about to end.
