Oh, come on, you already know the answer. Size 10 is a very good size which most of us wish we could be. Size 12 is also good, slim and healthy. Size 8 can be OK if you are short, but any lower than that is asking to be unhealthy, weak and old before your time.

Don't try to get thinner, you are already thin enough.

You could stop yourself being able to have babies in the future if it gets out of control, and anyway boys don't fancy girls who are so thin that all of their bones stick out.

Please enjoy your food and don't be obsessive about calories and fat. Eat lots of fruit and veg, chicken (ideally without the skin), fish (especially salmon, sardines, mackerel, pilchards) make sure you have enough calcium (research shows without enough your metabolism can slow down) for instance skimmed or semi skimmed milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, don't have too many fast foods like Mc Donald's or pizzas etc. and I am sure you will stay as beautifully slim and healthy as you are!

And remember the more fruit and veg you eat the less room you have in your tummy for less healthy foods.

Keep healthy, please! xx

No you are definitely not fat. You're a perfect 10! Plus, you're an adolescent and your body is going through so many changes at the moment. There are loads of people that would love to be a size 10, so grow to love being in your own skin. As long as you're healthy, you're fine x x x

NO WAY! just don't even worry about that.. size 10 on any age is certainly not fat! Don't worry about it at all.. in fact many people say size 10 is the perfect size so your fine.. don't worry. There are lots of people out there that will be slimmer, but I think they're way too thin.. so stay as you are! You're perfect.

If you're only 2 ft tall it might be a little excessive. Why worry? You're 13, you have years ahead of you in which to eat healthily and excercise moderately. You'll know if you're overweight. Just cut down on sugary foods and all the oven ready stuff. Oh and relax. Being a size zero takes years of dedication and starvation. You'll look ridiculous, your hair and skin will be lifeless and that's how you will feel. I'm sure you're fine.

If you are a UK size 10 then not only are you extremely slim you are the envy of most women in this country. But who cares as long as you are healthy and happy. If you eat healthily and do some exercise you will remain slim. Also weight is in ratio to your height too so it depends how tall you are. I always say I'm not overweight I'm just undertall!!

That is in the perfect range for your height and age! just maintain that and you will be fine!
Also i have to add! if you do put on a little bit more weight and go up a dress size that is perfectly normal too!
