sry but you cant do anything. she's moved on..and you've already had your turn with her. if you really care about her...DONT do anything to ruin her relationship with your friend...bc if you had any respect for her and your friend then you should just let them be happy. and if you try and do anything with her and ruin their relationship, you have also ruined your friendship.
if ya'll are suppose to be together then it will happen.

Well, a true friend should have went to you first and made sure it is alright. Although you might only be feeling this way because you can't have her now and your friend can. Human beings have a knack for desiring the things they can't have the most. Let's face it, an unattainable person is always a human being's ideal partner.
I'm sorry to say, but you're really just gonna have to move on and learn from your mistake.
I wish you luck! I'm sorry things turned out the way they did.

Dude.....RUN AWAY AS rapid AS you may! you may continuously locate yet another lady buddy. The stuff that led to you to break up until eventually now's nevertheless there and has no longer long gone away; its been placed on the lower back burner. in case you adult males have been meant to be jointly, it is going to take place, call it destiny, karma, kismet, or what ever yet, if I have been on your shoes, i might save finding and stay her buddy.

if they dont work out you will get a second chance. Are you still social with her because she is dating a friend? Don't keep her at a distance.

Apply your foot to your butt with lots of force.
In other words kick yourself in the a ss hard for breaking up with her in the first place.
Let them be happy together yoiu are only jealous now because you cant have her.

There is nothing you can do. She tried you by going out with your friend and your friend tried you by going out with her. I suggest you move on. If she cared about you even a little bit she would have never gone out with you friend. You don't need her.

hmm that is awkward, i agree
tell your friend, no matter how you dont want to, but its better telliing your friend than him finding out!
and tell the girl too, but don't cause drama..
it is hard.. just try to think of something new if nothing of this works!
