I would call them bogus money sucking scams. The only way you can build muscle is through working the muscle yourself. These things are scams!!!!

I was a Physical Therapy Student & that is what I learned.

these are a gimmick. The infomercials show people getting ripped abs from these things and doing no work at all. Lets face it, a beautiful, toned body comes from hard work and desire plus you will feel better and better about yourself if you do the work that is necessary

I personally call them garbage. If you want the results you've got to do the work.

Don't waste your money on gadgets.
