I am the middle child and after losing one of my older brothers never again would I think its horrible being a sister. But I do have a great story. My brother used to chew so when my little sister and I were kids we burned ants and emptied his chew cans and filled it with the ants. He took a big dip and screamed and was ready to kill us after he found out what we did

I would say being the big sister. My baby brother was daddy's little girl. He could do no wrong. But then he wasn't allowed to do fun, semi-dangerous stuff like climb trees or skateboard, etc. But he was allowed to hurt my little brother I in anyway he saw fit & he didn't get into trouble. If we hit him or even just defended ourselves we were punished.
When I was 8yrs old he would have been 4. He would tell my step-dad that it was me who was making all of the noise that woke "Daddy" up. So my step-dad would put me in the corner until he woke up again. However long that took. So for the next few hours both of my brothers would hit me or throw toys at me or pull my hair. They even drew on me once. I wasn't allowed to cry or move or I would get into worse trouble. I did get even with my baby brother. When I was 11 I pushed him out of a tree. He wasn't at the top or anything, but he did get a huge scratch along his rib cage. Boy did I get into trouble! But it was worth it!! We were picking cherries & he wouldn't move & then he wouldn't share the bucket we were using. So I just got angry & pushed. He fell the 4ft or so & was scared of me for the rest of the year. It was nice. Ofcourse we've gotten over it. We laugh about these things & other such incidents. I hope that this helped.

I am the big Sister, and I know that my younger brother, knew it was worse being younger...even tho it was only 1 year. Now my younger sister....well there was 12 years difference there, and she usually lied and got us older kids in trouble all the time. She made out like a bandit....We were left alone alot to babysit her....and one nice day....we put her in the harness and tied her up by the leash to the tree so she could stay out of the way......Lots of grass so she couldn't get hurt...and we did check on her.....We laugh about that now....(Mom had the harness for outings and a leash so she wouldn't wander off)

Well my mom's fiance's daughter is 2 years older than me (I'm 15, she's 17) and they live with me and my mom. We call each other sisters since our parents are marrying next month. There are times when my sister can treat me like I'm a baby. Like when her boyfriend dumped her, I tried to ease her pain and she said "Oh your only a baby you wouldn't understand" and then pinched my cheeks. This other time she was watching Disturbia in our room and I walked in and she changed it to Barney! I was so mad. I've always been an only child, as she has so I guess we both need to learn the rules for each other soon!
