This always happen to me... during my dreams someone is always chasing after me, a bad guy or something, and in the end I get caught and almost about to die but right when I die, I wake up. Why is this so? And why is there always someone chasing me and looking for me?

Thanks in advance :)

I have not woken and died in dreams, Most the time your whole body can be moving as you get close to dying and you find it too traumatic and wake up. Watch a dog dreaming some times you can put things in their mind by talking to them softly like get em' or catch him. and they truck right along till they catch or lose the prey. Your using more brain power in those dreams than being awake, My neurologist showed me a dream state scan and the activity off the chart. The being chased in dreams are better analyzed people that do it all the time. they could mean your running from something in your life or there is some decision you are trying to make.

Believe it or not, the thing that is chasing you is just your fear. Nothing more and nothing less. It represents something huge in your life that you are trying to accomplish or overcome. The next time that you have one of these dreams, why don't you turn around and face the "bad entity" and ask it what it wants. By facing this fear in your dream, you will be facing it in your waking hours. My guess is that there is something wonderful on the horizon for you but there are also some things that you feel uncomfortable going through that you must go through first. This dream is all about facing those obstacles. Good luck! You can do it...You are a strong individual, but do not feel weak if you wish to seek help from others.

I am not sure but I think that it means that there is a problem in your life that represents the fear of being chased. The reason you always wake up in the middle of your dream is because you're sub-conscience is unsure of what well happen to you after you die. So it can't complete the dream.

I assume the part about some chasing you is really just that it is your nightmare situation.

However, i think the death part and you waking up is to do with what you have been told in life. You have no doubt always been told that when u die, basically 'that's it', you're dead and if u believe u 'go to heaven.' As dreams are created from stuff you have learned in that day and things which you worry/wish about, they have to be formed from things you already know about or are able to imagine. So because you have never imagined what death is like after you've died, that part never occurs in you dreams.

Don't know whether it'll work for you, but i started having out of body experiences in my dreams cos i wanted to know what happened when i died in my dreams. Thing is, i woke up after that part. Your dreams are only as strange as things you can think up.

Perhaps a subtle message has been prepared just for you, like a special package or gift.

When we die, we wake up to eternal life. The chasing is that the Holy Spirit chases you for revelation and life. Meanwhile, the enemy chases you to rob, steal, and destroy.

The awakening into the existence of a spiritual realm.

The best advice i can give, is that you try " Dream Central " its a site where you can put your dreams and have them interpreted. You can also give your interpretation of others dreams. I had some bad dreams, and posted them there. I found out that bad dreams when interpreted were not bad at all.. ps it will shock you to see some of the stuff that people dream, I thought i had bad ones......go take a look it does help you out alot....

Scientifically proven, if you are being chased by death and escape you get to continue your life, and yet if you die in your dreams you will die in your sleep.
So next time be happy with the thought that you just woke up because maybe you just got lucky.
