Drink lots of water/tea, and usually you only really need 1 portion worth of whatever you are craving. So make some baggies of portion controlled snacks. That might help, and well keep you healthier if you need to have your snacks. Remember that its good to eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 meals a day. It's good to keep the furnice fired up!

Eat something that tastes great but is filling. You need to satisfy the cravings...
I used to moaw on Quarter Pounders with Cheese.. Now a days, you have soooo many options... Hit Wendy's Hit it hard....

i dont think you mean after you smoke pot..if you do you should really stop it is a disguting and dangerous drug. but to stop the munchies try not to be bored people eat when thye are bored for three days do different fun activites like go swimming ride a bike something to get your body moving........... not the movies that is the worst place you can go
