Yes, it does. Check out Psalm 139. Read the entire chapter and then linger long on verse 16: "When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

Phew!!!!! If that doesn't make your knees go wobbly, nothing will.

No. In the past certain people had specific destinies. Like Moses and Jesus ... even some military leaders like Cyrus would follow a path designated by God. But humans do not have individually written destinies. What would be the point of punishing us for our sins if those sins were already part of God's plan?????

That is a question that involves Predestination and Election.

Verses that Support that are as follows:

Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Rom 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

And this passage that explains why :

Rom 9:11 (For [the children] being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)

Rom 9:12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

Rom 9:13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Rom 9:14 ¶ What shall we say then? [Is there] unrighteousness with God? God forbid.

Rom 9:15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

No but god "knows" what everyone is going to do and choose, thus we don't actually have free choice. God is supposed to be omnicient, omnipresent and omnipotent, so he will have to know what has happened, what is happening and what is going to happen. IF he knows what is going to happen, our futures are already decided, not necessarily for us, but it is known what will happen. We then do not truly have free choice. We have the illusion of free choice, because we ourselves don't know the future.
