You have improved quite a bit. I think you're at a good spot right now. I think it depends on what you're going for. If you're trying to prep for a sport you could bulk up more. If you're just going to looks I'd say just stay where you are. I would keep lifting (just maybe not as often or as much) to keep your tone.

Looking good though! I'm a big fan of muscles!

The After pic looks better than Before but don't bulk up any more than that.

definitely improved!! A little more bulk wouldn't hurt. But NOT TOO MUCH!! I'd rate you a 7 1/2 (out of 10) on my "Yummy-meter".

You look good right now, but if it only took you 4 months to get like this, keep it up a little longer! That is amazingly fast!

Wow.. good job. And NO, NO more! Just maintain. I think your body is perfect now. Really toned and muscular. No need for you to turn into a muscle-head.

Yes....better after, just don't go overboard, and keep taking care of yourself and eating right. Avoid the bad stuff.

Looks like you worked on your happy trail too. I think roids would do the trick without the hassle of lifting heavy objects.
