They are about equal on the aggravation scale. I have the privilege of having both anti-religious bellyachers and religious holy rollers in my life, and they all get on my last nerve. They constantly try to sway my opinion on the matter, I have to constantly inform them that I believe what I want and I can't be persuaded. Sometimes they make me feel like they work off of commission and will go hungry if I don't convert.

the holly rollers are more annoying, the anti-religious bellyachers are just that way because that's how the holly rollers made them, by preaching to them and putting them down all the time. They became that way to defend themselves against constant threats of going to hell and being judged all the time.

No. I can stand the non-religious bellyachers much more than those who are continuously telling me I'm going to hell.

Fanatics of any type can be entertaining due to their warping and ignoring of some facts. They can also be very dangerous.

Same thing. Both are pushing their faith on others.
Christians do it in belief that they are helping.
I don't know why Atheists do it.
