Yes, that is one more item of disproof...if one needs any more. The mosaic religion copies from other nearby ones. Christianity is an offshoot of it that began about 100 to 150 AD.

And in the same way, just because you're not the oldest person alive, does that disprove that you have grandparents?
Christianity is the belief that the God of the Old Testament, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, fulfilled His Promise to send a Redeemer.
The Old Testament starts with "In the beginning God created". You can't get much older than that.
The VERY first religion was that of Adam and Eve and God walking and talking in the cool of the evening. That was before the fall of Man.
AFTER the fall of man, there were all KINDS of religions, because people rejected God and created their OWN gods, such as when Cain offered up a vegetable salad when God asked for an animal offering, so Abel's offering was accepted while Cain's was not. Cain was self-willed and wanted to do things his own way, thus the first man-made religion. As a result of this first man-made religion, Cain killed his brother Abel!

The age of a religion is not the question at hand!
If a person truly wishes to know about Adam (PBUH) and Eve, they must search from within, for Adam (PBUH) and Eve are within the heart of all human beings.
It's the only way you will truly know the answer! Good Luck!
It's a bitter pill, but it's the Truth!

"The Adam & Eve theory" as you call it is from the Pentateuch, the 1st 5 books of the Hebrew Scriptures believed to be authored by Moses. Christianity grew out of Judaism, so the doctrines given in the Old Testament are accepted as God's Word by Christians.
Jesus said, " I came not to abolish the Law, but to fulfill it."

i think you meant to say Judaism is not the oldest documented religion. The Epic of Gilgamesh is centuries older than the oldest documented Jewish texts, and it contains virtually the same story as Genesis with some changed names and more details. even older is the Egyptian religion... who knows where it came from before that!

Judaism is round 3,000 years previous. Christianity and Islam keep on with after. I absolutely have continuously wondered about this question myself. thinking the actual shown reality that without Judaism, Christianity and Islam ought to have not in any respect got here into life both. and that i have come to the end that some human beings do not locate Judaism to be proper for them. so that they preserve on with Christianity or Islam instead. even notwithstanding, Judaism changed into the first monotheistic faith ever to exist. i for my section do not options if someone is Christian or Muslim. I do exactly not favor them attempting to rework us to their faith. i think contained in the stay and enable stay philosophy. each and every human being has the right to believe in in spite of they prefer, basically see you later as they are good human beings and help out their fellow guy.

Perhaps the fact that the oldest "documented" or known human religion is around 35,000 years old or that Neanderthals had some belief in the afterlife does. These two facts indicate that the world is significantly older than the genealogy in genesis would lead one to believe.
Edit:
Hinduism is the oldest surviving religion and there are many that came before it and Judaism.

Who says it's not the oldest?and even though, it gives a perfect, immaculate account of life from creation to the not-so-distant future. Jesus, who is proven sinless in multiple belief, believes and proclaims the entire Bible. U might say Judasim is olda but Christianity is still an offspring of jdsm. Moses is equally a xtian model as a jewish one and exists both in the bible and the Torah.

Kind of..........since historical records were not kept that far back, there may have been a garden such as Eden, but it could have been completely different from the one described in the bible. there are other myths about such garden, one for Egypt and I believe the Greeks had a similar one too. There is no proving either way

No. Christianity came out of Judaism, which is much older. And while Judaism isn't necessarily the oldest religion, they have genealogical records dating back to creation.
