im in an explorer program and i just went on a ride-along and the officer i rode with liked to ride the shoulder and the rumble stips. i was just wondering how many officers like to ride them and why they lilke ride them.

most of the we were just roving.. i have been on other ride-alongs but those had tcs and alot of tickets.

Well did you notice how boring it gets on your ride a longs? 8 hours in a vehicle and you need a little massage
I never did that on purpose but I can see it breaking up the time and keeping one awake and alert.

WAS MARKED FOR NEXT YEAR AS AN INFORMANT FOR POLICE. GRADUATED AND WENT TO WORK FOR THE DEPARTMENT.

im not a cop, ut i like to ride them. kinda like getting a massage whie your driving, and it tones out the person your talking to. i think he just did that for fun though...
