Eat six times a day, small portions. A fresh fruit protein smoothie for breakfast, some plain almonds (25-30) around 10 am, for lunch a salad with some shrimp and no more than a tbsp of dressing (Not creamy)- A meat and cheese rollup around 3pm- (Lean meat and lowfat cheese with some yellow mustard) , and either baked chicken, duck, or fish for dinner with a vegetable for side. A portion should fit in the palm of your hand. You can have coffee or tea around 7pm with no cream or sugar. and you have to exercise, monday jog about 1.5-2.5 mi. tuesday soccer drills for about an hour, wednesday swim laps for about an hour, thursday wind sprints 20second sprints with 60 seconds rest, do 30-45 friday jog again and saturday ride a bike Sunday eat whatever you want and be lazy if you do this for two weeks your stomach will start to be defined, every week after is icing on the cake.
