The better question is the following. Are the Arabs serious about Peace with Israel?

No. I think after 60 years they realize that peace with such an implacable enemy is impossible. But, they have to keep making the pretense of seeking peace to maintain an aura of moral superiority (not that it's difficult, when facing an enemy that suicide bombs innocents) and thus the support of other nations, like the USA.

Israel is working hard to try and make peace with Fatah, but I'm not to sure about how eager the Arabs are about making peace with Israel.

Israel has no choice but to make peace with the Arabs. If it does not make peace, it will eventually be annihilated.
