One camera or three?
And what are the two things in the front?
I need my camera to come with a memory card and a battery/charger of some sort.

I'm not sure why we are answering Walmart questions, but...
Scroll down the window and click on "options", apparently the camera comes in several different colors, which is what they are displaying.
I see 3 things on front, the lens, the viewfinder and the flash.
Also at the bottom of the page is "Items Included", which are:
memory card, and card reader.
Under "Supported Battery", camera uses 2 AAA batteries, non rechargable.
Missing is a USB cable, but they are cheap.
Note that this camera ia only 3Mp, and has no zoom.

You get 1 camera; the other cameras are to show you the color options.
The two things in front: a memory card and a USB "card reader" that you plug into a USB port, allowing you to transfer files to your computer from the memory card. It's portable, so you can plug it into another computer and look at files no matter where you go.
This camera uses AAA batteries, so you could buy a charger and rechargeable AAA batteries for about $20 more.

I wouldn't waste my money on this camera. Save your money and get a name brand like Canon.
