She is"learning" puberty??. Darling she is ENTERING puberty. Tell her that there will be changes in her body. If you don't feel good talking to her find someone who will.
She can handle the changes if she knows what is coming. She needs to know that these changes are normal and every female has been through it.
She has no choice, just be aware and she should celebrate the fact that nature gave her such a great blessing in the miracles of her body.
Don't act like what is happen is a task, it is a renewal of the value of life. Women are given the blessing of nurturing and rebirth and that process is a revelation; but can be scary when you have no idea what is happening.
