Whole wheat Thanksgiving stuffing?

Does anyone have a good recipe for whole wheat vegetarian stuffing side dish?

Take... frozen wheat bread cut it up into little squares add veggie broth parsley garlic powder, small small slices of carrots and celery and butter. If you want to dress it up a little add raisins or cranberry's.

Just add some wheat bran to eh cornbread as you bake it for the stuffing. Will be wonderful AND tasty.
