Do what you can. Start with something like 15 minutes a day if thats all you can handle and then each week add another 5 minutes on. You'll get there....Good luck!!
P.S. Don't listen to the idiots on here that are not showing the support. You never know whats its like until your there - personal experience. You can move and change, they will hopefully someday grow up!!!!

Don't just go on a treadmill, you have to change your eating habits as well. For exercise, start with 30 mins a day at a pace that is comfortable. Add a few more minutes every week and gruadually increase the pace. Don't limit yourself to only walking/running. Try other exercises like aerobics or martial arts. Try doing some start/stop sports such as soccer, baseball, tennis, football etc. These will help to get your heart rate up and will also use different parts of your body. Try to also do weight exercises as muscle burns fat. You need to feed your muscles and they will take their food from your fat. Weight training won't lead to getting bigger. Use small weights and do lots of repetitions. Perhaps consulting a dietician/trainer would be the best idea for you. Good luck in your weight loss endeavour.

As with any workout you should start off slow. I wouldnt go more than 30 minutes 5 days a week at first. Try to start off with a light jog and if you get tired, slow it down to a walk. After you get your breath back try to speed it up a little and repeat the process. This will help you build endurance to keep going. Also it does not hurt to push yourself harder than you think you can. I always amaze myself at the gym when I do something I didnt really think I could just because I pushed myself a little harder. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated(not to the point where you are getting cramps)...water is your best friend. Good luck!

I started out doing thirty minutes seven days a week. I did this for about a month until I got the swing of things. Then I broke it down to forty five minutes a day for four days. You will need to just try and see what works for you. Always remember to stretch, and never over exert your body.

i think you should start off anywhere between 25 to 35 minutes at a resonable pace, then each week you should increase the time by 5 to ten minute to build up your endurance and keep challenging your body
best of luck

How ever many you feel comfortable doing, ideally do enough so that you are out of breath but not that many that you are killing yourself..... but remember start slowly and work your way up until you are happy with your weight

You should consult with your physician prior to starting any exercise program. It is really great that you want to start.
