i have a sanyo surround sound system plugged into a vcr/dvd combo unit (also sanyo. not the greastest, i know. but it works). there are no input jacks on the back, but the front has an input for one device (video and 2 audio plugs). can i plug my ps2 into these input jacks to have the audio run off the surround?

how do i use the front jacks? i dont know how to switch the input so the game shows on the screen. the manual wasnt as helpful as you think

Wow, I'm surprised there is such a thing as a surround receiver with no jacks on the back. Way to go Sanyo...

Yes, you can definately use the front jacks to run your game machine. In fact, the reason they're on the front is for camcorder and game machine convenience.
