The trespassing was a 2nd-degree offense at a bar so its alcohol related.
This 3rd DWI was with in 15 years and I caused an accident and refused to take the BAC test.

3 dwi's?...in texas youd get prison time for a 3rd dwi....and ya should. ur endangering innocent lives....instead of filling our prisons with nonviolent drug offenders, people like you should be incarcerated for ur stupidity/selfishness....

see drugs dont pose a threat to my family the same way a drunk with a car does

Most people on probation are banned from drinking alcohol. This could violate your probation and result in spending the time remaining in jail. By refusing to take the BAC, you most likely forfeited your license for at least one year.

Depends on the state. In Texas, you would have your probation revoked and maybe a year of jail time for the DWI.
