Jesus is not Almighty Jehovah God.

Sometimes, persons with an immature understanding of the bible suppose that biblical names such as "Jehovah-Jireh" or "Jehovah-Shalom" are additional names for Almighty God, but they are not.

Each of these hyphenated terms appears exactly once in the bible, and plainly refers to the place (or the altar itself) described in the account, and which is merely named after Almighty God.

(Genesis 22:13-14) Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering in place of his son. And Abraham began to call the name of that place Jehovah-jireh.

(Judges 6:24) Gideon built an altar there to Jehovah, and it continues to be called Jehovah-shalom down to this day. It is yet in Ophrah of the Abierites.

Thus, "Jehovah-Jireh" and "Jehovah-Shalom" are certainly NOT other names of Jehovah God, any more than "Washington DC" is another name for the first President of the United States.

Jesus shares many of the titles Jehovah has, but they are not names.

The difference between a name and a title is:

Can you add the definite article "The" in front of the word.

"The Lord, The God, The King, etc."

If you can then these are titles and not names.

You can not say "The Jesus" nor can you say "The Jehovah";

Because these are names.

Jesus does not share the name of Jehovah,

In the bible the name of Jehovah only applies to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

(Eph 1:3,17; Rom 15:5,6; Rev 1:6).

Jesus shares certain titles with his God, because Jesus is the image of God.

2 Cor 4:4 shows that if you believe Jesus is more or less than an idol, you are being blinded by Satan.
