I've been in graphics/ad specialty, etc. for over 20 years...and I'm stumped...what is 'downline'?
And what an answer about physchology has anything to do with this-am I missing something/
For incentive/holiday gifts you need an 'advertising specialty' supplier-like me-or any of the 15,000 across the US alone.
Easy to find-just a yahoo search for 'ad specialty' supplier will probaby pop up with thousands of websites or addresses, then find a link to a 'search' engine for a supplier nearest you. Your safest and best bet is to find a LIVE person that will bring you samples and catalogs-not an 'online' website that is thousands of miles away.
http://www.promomarketing.com/ will be a good source to find the products you want-then use that company's website to find the nearest dealer for you. Any reputable company listed in ASI, PPAI, or UPIC is forbidden to deal direct with end client-they have to go through dealers.

their business "hot buttons" are (and always will be) motivating themselves and dealing with others [including selling themselves].

if you have not already done so, look into popular intro books in relevant branches of effective psychology.

Personally, I recommend Neuro-Linguistic Programming and/or Process Communication. Both will improve one's people skills [from different directions].

If you're large enough, buy in case lots from the wholesaler after you find something that seems useful.
