Salaam, If I had to go back and read my life as I saw it in a diary I would feel the same. Let go...and be rid of it. You are not the same person in the same place and if they make feel down. Toss them to the curb burn them or whatever. We have memories some good some bad but what our old diaries say
may not reflect where we are today.
Wa salaam

Well, if you're entering your second trimester some or most of any morning sickness you may have had will start subsiding (in most cases). On the showing issue, some people don't even start showing for a long time. A girl I know is 6 months pregnant and it looks like she may have just eaten or something. Barely showing! Anyhow, if you have any concern go to the doctor. Usually routinely they will check the heartbeat. That always eased my mind! Good Luck with everything! I am sure everything will be just fine.

Most scholars agree that the proper way to dispose of anything which contains the word God, Allah(swt) is to burn it and bury it. That is if you can not file it. I am sure of this answer, it is best not to tarnish the word "GOD" or "Allah" burning and then burying will help you dispose of these papers in a proper way.
Example in Islam is during Uthmans rule when pieces of the Quran needed to be disposed this is how people were instructed to do so.

Leave them somewhere in your house and don't burn them, you might come back to them after a few years and find something useful in them.

when my mom sees anything with "allah" on it in the trash or on the street she picks it up and burns it. thats because its haram to have his name on the floor or in the garbage, and the proper way to dispose of it is to burn it.

to take the safe route, i would shred it.
a lot of people are saying burn it, but i dont know. that seems very offensive. like burning a countries flag...but dont hold that on me, its just an opinion.

if your past troubles you, then burning the diary may symbolically help. I remember I ripped mine up and tossed it in a lake, and it felt a little better, but more importantly, you should ask God to forgive you and he will be merciful.

{this will surpass burning something with his name in it}

I think that it is encouraged to burn books or papers that have Allaahs name, shredding them will be better thought. I'm not sure may be some of the more knowledgeable can give you evidence. But burning is fine.
