With all the side effects from this so call Diet pill. It would be so much more better and healthier, if you would simply eat and drink the right things. Fiber, rich foods, veggies, fruits and drink lots of water. Exercise, that is how you lose the weight, it is safer and so much more better from you than any fake diet pills.

It could. It really depends on if you have your thyroid levels correct or not. If you are on T4, your morning TSH should be around 1.0. If its much higher, weight loss can be almost impossible with diet or exercise. I know, I've been there. Before starting the ali, make sure you have your thyroid levels in check.

I have a thyroid disorder also.It has never once, stopped me from losing weight--even with it I was able to lose 32 lbs.
It's an excuse, to be truthful, just like it's genetics that "keep you fat".
