any question, because it never makes sense no matter which side you are on, and it isn't only government that should practice democratic freedom. Here's the question that was deleted -

I have asked dozens of times to have my questions and answers reinstated. Not one time has this ever happened.
I don't think anyone is home at yahoo.
One jerk got my answer deleted when all I said was God is unconditionally loving. Yahoo did not even reinstate that one.

Don't misunderstand me. I am not protecting dumb religious questions. I am for freedom of speech for all, including those who post dumb religious questions and answers.

Yahoo is being run by a bunch of liberals. Now they want to take God out of Yahoo much the same as the liberals don't want to offend anyone by saying MERRY CHRISTMAS.
God Bless You,
I feel Yahoo coming they are going to take me away now....

What was the actual question? You are stating you said 'god is unconditionally loving' but what was the question? If you were just making a statement and not a question then the rules were violated. If not, then it's someone who just doesn't agree with you and was nit picking what you wrote just to get it deleted. Happens all the time. Sorry.

I've had them delete questions before and it was just mad gab game and it is just a bunch of words that sound like a phrase and some of them were quotes out of the bible. So they would say it was against their guidelines, so go figure. I see questions all the time with alot of sexual stuff and it keeps on coming. Good luck but I would write them back and try and get an answer for them deleting it. I bet someone had complained!

I *have* had questions reinstated that had been deleted because I protested. I had to resend it five times, but they did it.
The system doesn't always work fairly, but you can protest if you're stubborn enough!
One problem is that people do not read the rules and follow them. I agree that it seems rude to report things like a prayer request -- but they're not allowed. Sometimes there is a reason the content was deleted -- we just don't like it!

It is a shame that some can dish out filth, but can't take a simple statement of love, and their junk stays on.... I am so sorry that your statement / answer was deleted. I, also, had one deleted that shouldn't have. It pertained to a person asking why athiests don't just leave if they don't like our God believing land....paraphrashed. I simply stated that we didn't want them to leave, so they could be someday....converted....paraphrased...

Was it a question or a statement? From what you're saying, it sounds like the latter. If it is, it's against community guidelines. "God being unconditionally loving" is irrelevant to that, it would still be a statement. Post it in a blog elsewhere. This place is for questions, not statements.

They might have deleted it because they didn't consider it a question. (Not the subject matter itself.) Was the question an actual question, or was it more of a statement telling people about God's love? They'll delete things that they consider preachy, or if it's not a question.

i think of there are different people who document issues for no stable reason, and Yahoo is the two lazy or can no longer hardship staring in any respect of them so they simply delete them with out attempting to assuage the guy. I mean thinking all the tens of millions of questions and solutions at right here you could no longer assume them to look at each guy or woman case.

I understand the freedom of speech thing. But not everyone wants to hear that while browsing through other Qs...my guess is that Yahoo wants to stay out of the preaching dept.
