Mine do the exact samethig. Always have. Except they always shake. Some days are worse than others. When I scared or nervous it's crazy shaking!!! I do not have any neurological prob. I have been to many doctors for it. Had many tests that all came up negative. I just have to live w/ it. I think it's just nerves. If u find a way to control it let me know. Only thing I can do to hide it is to by hiding my hands (pocket or long sleeve shirt) Sorry I can;t help. But really if u find anything to stop it PLEASE let me know. No one has been able to help me.

You just need a mild nerve pill like Diazapam 5mg to help you feelmore relaxed. I've been takeing one a day for the last 20 years ofcourse you shuld discuss this with your Doctor because so many new things are available now and you want what is best for you.
