well since the incident rate of child molestation by priests is actually lower than that of the general public, I would think you would be HAPPY to have him come.

The Pope will be visiting Washington D.C. and New York. He will not be touring the U.S. although I am sure there are millions that would love him to. Touring is not that easy for an eighty year old man.

Yes, Americans not only tolerate but encourage and protect the use of freedoms of speech and religion.

All known "delinquent" priests have been removed from ministry and expelled from the priesthood.

Though I am not a Christian I will say that he is free to come here it is right as a human being and he as every right to express his views and ideas. However if he comes here and forces his views or teachings on others and spouts his racsist, homophobic, insensitive, ideas then he is not welcome.
