No. I have a lot of guy friends and they are exactly that, FRIENDS. Whomever came up with this is stupid.

I know for a fact it's total bullsh*t
I am friends with two girls imparticular that are very attractive but it doesn't go anywhere past that because that is just the relationship we have developed. just friends.
and the reason is stays like that? it's respect, you have to respect what you have with someone and some guys would probably throw away a good friendship for a cheap thrill.
now don't get me wrong I am a guy.. have a thought about having sex with them? of course I'm a dirty minded guy!
Could I? yeah I could, but I won't act on it.. because that is more or less the thoughts of a dirty mind while drinking or something..
girls and guys can be just friends.. just as one another can respect the relationship as just friends and not throw it away for some impulse feeling that might come but hopefully not

The easy answer to this question is that girls think guys are or can be just friends. Guys never think that way.
However, in general, a (decent) guy will leave his buddy's girlfriend (and ex-gf) alone and, most times, will leave his sister's bff alone, too. Beyond those relationships, however, give a guy a chance, and the relationship won't remain platonic more than 5 seconds!

nope ! definitely not - i have a lot of make friends that will never be more or less than that - theyre actually just friends - some of them i grew up with and have known since i was 10 or 12 - others i have met along the way and have only known for 4 or 5 years - and theyre nice looking im nice looking but theres no attraction like that - we are attracted to different types of people - we just like each others company - like brothers and sisters

i think of it relies upon on the guy. Like a sons and daughters saying some thing to a school bully words in all possibility won't injury. yet vice versa, words can injury human beings even if some human beings say this, on occasion after a whilst theses words to get to them and words do reason discomfort.. it somewhat is barely my opinion, of direction it does no longer impact all and sundry interior the international

I do, because I know it CAN be true; of course not always... I am mostly friends w/ guys. And all but one we are JUST friends and nothing would EVER be more. I dont see them anyother way n they do not see me anyother way but good friends that we chill with, confide in, give and get help from when in a bind. It is possible.

Girls don't make that great of friends eventhough every girl I have known thinks they are the greatest friend to people. A girl's closest friends will say the same thing behind her back
Guys say sht and aren't judged around guys, and every action isn't judged. If a guy talks behind another guy's back without the purpose of trying to steal a girl.....he is gay.

No. That quote is just something women made up (that other women support so that they can use it) because they are too jealous of other people. Or they are shallow and don't realize people (both men and women) have personalities so you can be friends regardless of gender.

Yes I believe it., but to show my reasoning, you have to go way back into pre-history. We behave in the same way now that most mammals do, we battle for supremacy. Just as you see the Bucks fight , we do the same, and for the same reason, to have all the females to our self. We just dress differently now.

of course not, i have many guy friends we hang out talk, but almost all of them are married. Plus have you ever seen a 5 year play with another 5 year old, they don't care if they're boy or girl, black or white, english or japanese, they just, play and get along.
